With D10 now out going to putting all the focus on the 4.x version of this
module supporting D9 + D10.Will keep an on the 7.x-2.x branch for reviews but no active work will
probably happen
When ticking the select all in left upper column check box, the "Selected 50 rows in this page" with button to "Select all XX rows in this view"
is displayed:block in a separate row and thus stretching entire column.
