Remove "Drupal 6" or "Drupal 7" from migration_tags helps me.

This patch will update 'migrate_plus/src/Plugin/migrate/destination/Table.php' and 'migrate_plus/src/Plugin/migrate/source/Url.php'
to include corresponding annotations.
