[META] Upgrade (migrate) data from Drupal 7 => Drupal 8

Problem/Motivation

  1. #4: Automatically add the linkit filter to relevant text formats.
  2. ✨ Example migrate process plugin to convert basic "node/123" links to the correct format Needs work : Transform the D7-style markup to D8-style markup, which uses data- attributes just like Drupal core, enabling richer integration and dependency tracking.
