The functionality of the module has changed significantly in the 2.x branch, and this needs to be documented in the readme.txt file.
I installed the 2.x-dev version and on the config page I only had Sitemap and Configure Meta Default Templates and could not find anything related to Yoast SEO on the base page or article content types. I then uninstalled and removed the 2.x version and installed the standard 1.3 version and the configure real time seo by bundles was visible as I expected, I then verified that I did have the Real-Time SEO showing on the content types. I then upgraded to the 2.x-dev version and this again the selection is removed from the config screen and when I tested the sample content the module seems to no longer be working.
