Missing removed meta when book is enabled

Hi,

Really useful module, thanks to have added it here :) !

I think you could remove too metatag like these:

<link rel="book-outline-form" href="/fr/node/126/outline" />
<link rel="book-remove-form" href="/fr/node/126/outline/remove" />

They are added when you enable Book module.
