Just tested this out by placing 2 twitter blocks on the page with 2 different accounts and I see the tweets just fine per account.

Hi,
The d8 version will only display the last twitter block added and not any of the previous ones. For example, if we have twitter block, @one and twitter block @two, @two will display in both blocks.
