Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) just released a v2 API that makes it secure and feasible to check against half a billion passwords compromised in data breaches.

    Thanks to everyone for the work on this issue.

    I'm going through all the 8.x issues.

    I've reviewed the history and also see that Password Policy Pwned supports Drupal 9 and 10, so I don't think there is anything else to do here.
