Language Content Selection doesn't pull default language value correctly

Problem/Motivation

If you have a language content dropdown derivative it should use the default value for the content language. However, the form build is defaulting to Language::TYPE_CONTENT. This should use the $this->type setting instead.

Proposed resolution

Change the code to use the type setting instead.
