Dear all,
We have upgrade Drupal (Drupal version 7.56) simpleSAML library from 1.13.2 to 1.15.2 version upgrade. After version upgrade when we try to login in the site, some time it's working and some time is not on chrome and Firefox browser. And never working in safari browser.
Below is the error log which are coming after simlpeSAML library version upgrade.
"Temporarily Unavailable"
"The website that you're trying to reach is having technical difficulties and is currently unavailable.
We are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it. Thank you for your patience."
My understanding till now:
1. It may be client side issue like (JS,cookie).
2. Certification issue.
3. Secure https or http protocol issue.
4. Having from the service provider (IDP) side ends.
5. Internal code level changes required in library config.php file, or some other code level issue inside the library code.
I am not sure which one from the above points, but still i am facing site login issue.
Please team provide me support on it. If some one face such kind of issue in past.
