Display Children Based on Menu Depth

Problem/Motivation

For sites that have a menu structure several levels deep, they might want to only show menu items to a certain depth. For example, only the first and second level menu items.

So, if a user is on a top level page, the view block shows second level menu pages. If you a user is on a second level page, the view block shows third level menu pages. If a user is on a third level page, they don't see fourth level menu pages.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a site four menu levels deep.
2. Create a View using Menu Children Filter

Proposed resolution

Add an option to choose the maximum depth.
