Cannot access after logout

I could not reproduce this on simplytest.me.

I set the redirect to https://www.drupal.org, enabled maintenance mode, and tried to access the following URLs from a private window. (Please, ignore the domain name, since at the time you read this comment, the Tugboat instance will probably be already destroyed.)

• https://master-dhg4xpoekduvjjgxtmclbznq32doabu8.tugboatqa.com/login: I got redirected to https://www.drupal.org, as expected
• https://master-dhg4xpoekduvjjgxtmclbznq32doabu8.tugboatqa.com/user: I got redirected to https://master-dhg4xpoekduvjjgxtmclbznq32doabu8.tugboatqa.com/user/login, as expected
• https://master-dhg4xpoekduvjjgxtmclbznq32doabu8.tugboatqa.com/user/login: The page at https://master-dhg4xpoekduvjjgxtmclbznq32doabu8.tugboatqa.com/user/login was shown me, as expected

aaron.ferris → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

This will not fix the issue reported here, but the redirect URL, if it is an internal link, should be added to the allowed path, which means that accessing it directly should be allowed.
