Licensing schema incomplete

Problem/motivation:

  1. LicenseType.php defines config_export properties that are not defined in the module's schema file (target_bundles, target_entity_type, roles, exempt_roles) or are of the wrong type (status).
  2. The module's schema file needs to be renamed from license_type.schema.yml to licensing.schema.yml.
  3. The module's schema file needs to fix the namespace on line 1 of the schema file (license.license_type.* should be licensing.license_type.*).
