The d6_term_node migration has a destination of d6_node and therefor needs modification so that product nodes are handled correctly. In #2899675: Ubercart 6 Test "All The Things" → the term node migration was modified so that the product nodes were skipped. This issue it to migration that taxonomy data correctly for nodes that are products.
