Allow to manage multiple target languages translation

Since this patch → , you can now submit multiple target languages easier in TMGMT.

I wanted to update the current workflow between TMGMT and Memsource. Currently, Memsource works the same way as TMGMT do:

• in TMGMT, for each target languages, a new job is created
• in Memsource, for each target languages, a new project is created

So, this is what I suggest: regarding the job label value, I do these checks:

• if there is no project named like this in Memsource, I create a new project
• if there is a project named like this in Memsource, I add a new target language in the project (if it doesn't exist yet) and I add a new job to this project
