Add field UI to the file entity

Current usage with media entity does not allow the data from a file field to be exposed in rendered entities.
As an example:
When showing image information from a media content type "image" it might be a wish to show filename, file size, mime type and others from the file entity.

Enabling the Field UI on the file entity would make this at least configureable. Then it would be possible to show a rendered file entity with some configuration on which fields are shown, and by which formatter.
