To guarantee username_enumeration_prevention not breaking user_registrationpassword, we need to make sure username_enumeration_prevention callbacks are replaced again by the callbacks provided by user_registrationpassword. This patch implements a fix on top of 🐛 Alteration of validation and submit callbacks can cause conflicts Fixed , so the patch from that issue is required when reviewing this patch.
Both the D7 and D8 version require this fix, just to prevent sites that run both modules from breaking.
