Auto position tab content when opened

Now when an accordion is at the bottom of the screen when a tab is clicked the content is opened towards the bottom of the page and that can be below the bottom of the screen. So after opening the tab in the accordeon you need to scroll before you can read the text in that tab.

It would be nice to have the (configurable) option to scroll the tab title to the top of the page automatically when a tab in the accordeon is opened.

Added "Auto-scroll to opened tab" setting, disabled by default.
Implemented scroll-to-tab logic, triggered when a tab is opened.

Attached patch from Merge Request 19.

At the time of patch creation, the current module version is 2.2.2.

When applying to other version the patch should be re-created due to minified js.
