set block title to next level up, rather than the very top level

My website has the following menu structure:

- Academics
    - Humanities Division
        - Art Program
            - Courses
            - Faculty

I created a menu block that is set to initial visibility level 4, with "Block title as menu link parent" checked. But the block title is displaying as "Academics", which is the level 1 menu item.

Academics
- Courses
- Faculty

Is it possible to make the block title display the next level up from the visibility level, so in this case level 3 "Art Program"?

- Faculty
