We've made it possible to lock on a form operation level, but one use case that we haven't considered is the requirement that all form operations are being locked together expect ones specified in a black list. This means that it should be possible that a user goes to entity/form_op_1 and blocks not only that operation but all others as well i.e. entity/form_op_2 is locked as well, but operations in the black list should be ignored i.e. visiting entity/form_op_3 should not result in a lock.
Define a new form operation lock mode and in such case convert the form operation to '*'.

Rerolled for 8.x-2.x but could someone tell me what this is achieving that "Disable lock for selected form operations" doesn't?
