Always add unlock link if possible

After the content lock is used now in our system we got the first feedback from users about better usability.

This issue is about the unlock button / link.

The following things were mentioned by our users:

Always add unlock button at the end, if you can unlock the button (you have permission or its your lock)
If verbose mode activated, always add unlock link, so you can quickly find it and not search the form, where this button is added now.
Specially as unlock/save is at the end and you maybe don't need to scroll to the end, if you just wanted to search for it.
If you only can break your own lock, do not show a additional confirmation. Its useless in this case.
Add more infos on the break lock confirmation form.
