I've got my CAS system configured to log out of the CAS server when i log out of the CAS site.
But if the user logs out of the CAS server first before logging out of the CAS site, they see this error at /cas/logout on the CAS server:

Drupal core prevents access to the user_logout() function with _user_is_logged_in: 'TRUE' requirement, while this module run it without guard. This patch prevents that from happening, while still running the maintenance tasks needed and displaying a logout message to the user.
