No result feedback, pass/fail options, or question feedback shown

I'm testing an upgrade from 7.x-4.0-rc8 to 7.x-5.1 on a dev site, and am having trouble getting any sort of meaningful feedback to display after the quiz. I'm marking this as a support request rather than a bug, because I'm not sure if there is just a setting or something I'm missing.

Upgrading to 7.x-5.1 went smoothly and I created a new quiz to test its functionality. The quiz worked in terms of displaying the questions and recording the correct score, but no matter what "After the question" or "After the quiz" feedback options I selected, the result feedback and the pass/fail options feedback never show up, and the question feedback only shows the score for each question (but not the actual question or the user's response). See attached screenshot. And that feedback only shows up for the admin user; for other roles (even though they've been given the appropriate permissions, as far as I can tell), they just receive a "You have finished this Quiz." message.

Is there something else I need to be doing to get feedback to work? I actually don't even need the questions-by-question feedback to work; I just need the result feedback (and/or pass/fail options) to work at the end of the quiz.

    Hi!

    I know that the last post is from 3 years ago, but I hope I can get some help. I'm having the same situation and instead of opening a new issue, I'm going to try to describe my case in this one.

    I'm using version 7.x-5.8 of the Quiz module and I'm trying to see the question and selected answer on the feedback page, but all I'm getting is green or red and the score for each question:

    This is happening for both, admin and users. I have already reviewed the settings of the quiz and everything should be ok, according to what I have reviewed from the different comments:

    I have these settings at a quiz level, in the quiz configuration (/admin/quiz/settings/config) and in the quiz configuration form (/admin/quiz/settings/quiz-form).

    I've inspected the code, but nothing is there either:

    Unfortunately, I already have a lot of data so I'm afraid the possible solution is to remove or disable the module which may lead to data loss. What I have tried is to change the settings and try with a new test case under the same quiz, and also have created a new quiz to test with different settings, but nothing seems to help.
