Splashify needs to declare dependency on Options module

Splashify assumes that the list_string field type is defined, but if the core-optional module Options is disabled, it's not, resulting in a site-crashing exception:

Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: The "field_item:list_string" plugin[error]
does not exist. in
/apps/eda.d8.composer/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/Plugin/Discovery/DiscoveryTrait.php:52

I think Splashify simply needs to declare Options as a dependency in its info.yml file.
