Not able to access nodes even if "view published content" is checked

Below is the scenario and steps for replication:

1. Tac_lite module enabled.
2. Taxonomy "sections" with terms "section1" and "section2".
3. Have configured one scheme with update and delete access.(screenshot attached.). I didn't select view because i want view access for nodes for all users including anonymous.
4. cleared all caches and rebuilt content permissions.
5. added taxonomy term reference to page content type and created a page(node/1) with taxonomy as section1.

when i try to access section1, i'm getting access denied.

The only way i got to get view access is create another scheme only for view and select all terms for anonymous and authenticated users. which is pretty wrong way if this is the case. Because what happens if i add another section term and that is un selected in this scheme??

And in any case, the module is handy and definitely needs good documentation.
