With D10 now out going to putting all the focus on the 4.x version of this
module supporting D9 + D10.Will keep an on the 7.x-2.x branch for reviews but no active work will
probably happen
With Module Filter 7.x-2.1, if you have "Aggregate JavaScript files" enabled in the core Performance page, then the Javascript is broken on /admin/modules, making the page unusable.
I tested this on both Bartik and a custom theme - same results.
