Doesn't this create a new message for each subscriber? None of the other notifiers create additional messages. Maybe you would like to create a new project for your internal notifier.
If you want to create a Facebook like list of notifications without external delivery mechanisms, we can't use the message subscribe module right now. To solve this we only need a simple notifier plugin added that just saved the message for the user.
Creating a few for a user and showing their messages is than all we need to create a similar functionality like facebook.
