Thanks for working on this @minnur. As others have mentioned, I understand the need to get compensated for spending a lot of time building and maintaining a module. The code doesn't write itself, and programmers also need to pay for rent and food.
Especially since the users are indeed making money using this module.
You could consider displaying sponsors on the project page?

Does this mean that this module is now freely available, as any other Drupal module? Should the default branch in Gitlab be updated to 2.x on https://git.drupalcode.org/project/simpleads as well as a dev-version 2.x-dev get released on drupal.org? Perhaps you could consider adding https://www.drupal.org/u/vladimiraus → as Drupal 10 co-maintainer?
