Assuming this is no longer an issue, given the timeframe.
I added two roles with various permissions, and added these to the relevant personas. However, existing users weren't affected after deployment and `drush cim` on another environment.
I guess this is happening since the module connects user accounts to roles whenever personas are assigned and when personas are changed via the UI.
I have no idea how to solve this. Is it possible to trigger something whenever a configuration has been changed?
