IPE create and place custom block not working

Hey there,

I tried to create and place a custom block with panels IPE. The creation of block works fine, the first form loads. But after clicking on "create and place" the second form for selecting the region is not loading. Why? I tried several things with different version, new drupal 8 installations and standard themes… but no second form is loading.

This was fixed in the 8.x-4.x branch on 2022-11-16 at 17:04:49

Unfortunately, a tagged release does not yet have this fix.

To get the fix, upgrade to the latest 8.x-4.x dev branch, unfortunately this fix has not yet been tagged into a release
