Make the points field non-deleteable

Following #2883735: Convert the number field to be configurable → , d.o. went offline when the commit was pushing to d.o., there was some data corruption, which makes the related commits not showing anywhere on d.o., but the commit exists in git repo.

We need to make the default points field non-deletable.
