Features module status check

Hi,

we're using the production check module to check for quite a few websites their current status. Since we use the features module in our development flow, we found it useful to add a check for the status of features. For this purpose we created the Production Check Features → module. It has only a Drupal 7 version right now, if there is any interest we could create a Drupal 8 version as well.

Right now it will only check for the status of the feature, in the future we would like to include the ability to directly view a diff from the monitoring site.
