It would be nice if blocks had the ability to turn off the rollup/rolldown button. For example if you have advertising placed in a block, you don't really want to give the ability to roll them up. I hacked this in by changing the javascript to look at the block name, but it would be great if this could be added to the block interface. I am new drupal user, so I have no idea what the complexity of this request is. Oh, and to make the rollup/rolldown more than just bragging rights it would be good if the blocks remembered their state between page loads.
