Unable to Select Services - 7.x-2.13 - Repeat Issue

Problem

Error Detail: Uncaught ReferenceError: stlib_picker is not defined

From what I can tell this has been a persistent issue with 7.x-2.13 which seems to have been reported multiple times. Should the production version be rolled back to 7.x-2.12 until a usable update is put in place. I'm using the production version of the module with Drupal Core 7.54.

We will test and evalute the dev release but this does not resolve the underling issues with the stable released version of 7.x-2.13.
