It would be good to be able to select the vocabularies to be included in the facets.
Example:
If my taxonomy is defined as:
I would like to see a selector in the facet settings: "select vocabularies to include" showing Vocabulary A / Vocabulary B.
The corresponding block would also group terms by vocabulary instead of presenting a long list.

I have created a small module Facets Taxonomy Multilevel → which provides additional Search API processor. As of now, it supports selecting on vocabulary per facet but may be in future we can enhance to support multiple vocabulary.
