Remove the Machine name (machine_name) field

Problem/Motivation

The Machine name machine_name is not needed by this module and it should be removed. Also the depedency on Machine Name Widget → should be removed.

Proposed resolution

Remove the field and migrate the data to a new field of the same type and allow the field to be removed by the admins and do not add the field to new menus.
