The issue still persist. I have block, AJAX exposed filters. Changing the pager works, all images are opening in PhotoSwipe, changing the filter breaks it down.

For photo gallery, I use Views with pager to display 20 items max. I also use ajax to not reload all the page.
In this configuration, Photoswipe works properly on the first page but not on the following pages (photo well display on foreground but no command, grey background and no title...)
Disable ajax fix the issue
