Support content language in the selection mode

When Content language negotiation is enabled the user may want to use the current content language in the selection mode.

Add support for the content string in the mode, and support the interface string too for symmetry, the latter has to be an alias of the current string mode which refers to the interface language.

Content translation support is super important. More important than interface translation that's currently supported.
