Sales tax calculation works fine for US but throws an error message when billing address is not US. I selected "Billing" as "Destination Address to use for Sales Tax" on configuration page but get this error message on checkout:
Sales tax not calculated as shipping address incomplete. Please select "Cancel" and try again.
However this message has no influence on successful payment method selection followed by payment.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
It appears this module is only set up to evaluate US-based taxes. This being the case, we should only evaluate the taxes if the country_code for the tax address is 'US'. Created a MR to fix this oversight.
