I am closing this issue, since it is for a Drupal version no longer supported.
Once I go to Tickets tab, I get this error:
Warning: file_get_contents(sites/all/themes/adminimal_theme/skins//.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory em _locale_parse_js_file() (linha 1527 de /services2/webpages/o/f/oficinacorpoearte.com.br/public/festivais/includes/locale.inc).
I'm unable to create new tickets or edit existing ones. Clicking on "Add new ticket" goes to a blank page and the link "create ticket" only.
