If there's a fix for 7.x-5.x we can include in one of the last releases for D7 quiz.

Updated to version 7.x-4.0-rc7, when clic Manage questions tab, appears a blank page with no code. So it is impossible to manage the questions of a quiz. Related to multiple choice questions.
