Logging makes jobs fail with postgres database

The log entry is created with an upsert pattern that fails when running on a postgres database.

I have added the related issue for the core patch fixing this issue ( needs D7 backport ).

Until the related is fixed you can use this patch.

I'm closing this since Drupal 7 is now unsupported and there will be no more development on the Drupal 7 branch of Ultimate Cron either.

Thank you for taking the time and effort in reporting this issue, even though it never got resolved.
