[PP-1] Use core's timezone handling for datetime fields when it becomes available

There's a core issue ✨ [PP-1] Add ability to select a timezone for datetime field Postponed that's for adding timezone handling to datetime fields (and it appears datetime range fields).

I see that this module currently has added its own timezone handling. Just need to make sure that this module won't break when that change lands.
