Use Composer to install fontawesome library

After some investigating, I think there is a way we could have the fontawesome library be installed via composer. Right now, there is a drush task to do the same thing, but if composer can handle the acquisition of the dependent library then all of the dependencies of the module would be gathered when a user executed a :

composer require drupal/fontawesome

Path coming in next comment.
