Marking all 7.x as out of date. If the problem persists, then only a new issue.
I have an entity (node) with a cover image field. If I upload the image and fill caption field and save that entity; when entity is viewed; caption is not shown until I clear cache.
I'll attach a patch proposing to change from hook_field_attach_load to hook_entity_load that is working in my site; but maybe there's a better solution for this.
