Quiz integration with UUID and Services to be compatible with Deploy

To make quiz entities be deployable via https://www.drupal.org/project/deploy → I integrated required quiz entities with UUID and Services.
It is provide better UUID integration then https://www.drupal.org/node/2397863 → .

With D7 officially EOL going through and triaging the D7 queue of quiz. If still an issue with the latest 7.0.x branch (D10 + D11) please reopen
