[META] Glossify - D8 Roadmap

Current status

Current Drupal 8 version of the glossary module "Glossify" is work in progress. taxonomy_tooltip is merged into the D8 version of glossify.

Discussion about features, architecture and process

Please share your thoughts on this.

• Inclusion of icons and css? I would ditch them in favor of css styling by theme.
• Method for tooltips, I suggest the HTML5 "abbr" element.

• Display of glossary items in text now has display options "link", "tooltip", "link + tooltip"
• glossify_node filter still relevant?: yes, it is
• Should "taxonomy" module be a dependency?
• "Only first match" option handles every first match per field. Ever thought about first match per page/bootstrap?
• release cycle to stable?

Roadmap

• Fix config schema
• Fix workaround for vocab array in config (now implodes to string)
• Add unittests
