1.0 release roadmap

As @japerry pointed out in his comment on #3434339-9: Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for schemata → we should talk about dropping support for Drupal 8 core whose lifespan already ended more than 2,5 years ago (see the EOL PSA → ).

There are already other signs that stable Schemata v1.0 should expect core 9.5.x at least:

• #3325920: 1.0 beta 1 and above seem to break Drupal 8 compatibility despite being listed as Drupal 8 compatible →

While getting the other features in would be nice, this module has been around for a while, so I think its worth giving it a stable release. Thinking of making a 1.0 release that is not d11 compatible with a fast follow for 1.1 just in case people find issues with the stable release that weren't caught by tests?
