Migrating the reference section from the old book style to the new docs is complete and the page is now a 404
To prepare 'Reference' book for migration we need to audit its content and decide what needs to be migrated and where to.

1. Read/Look through every page under https://www.drupal.org/documentation/reference → and:
2. Once #1 is done, all remaining pages in the book will be the ones we actually need to migrate. At this point we need to sort pages into the groups/buckets that make sense and decide where to move each group. A list of those groups/buckets can be added to the issue summary.
