Audit 'Tutorials and site recipes'

To prepare 'Tutorials and site recipes' book for migration we need to audit its content and decide what needs to be migrated and where to.

Remaining tasks

1. Read/Look through every page under https://www.drupal.org/node/627198 → and:

• If the page is about Drupal 6 or earlier, move it to "Migration archive" book ( https://www.drupal.org/migration-archive → ) via Book Outline UI. These pages will not be migrated into the new system and will eventually be deleted.
• If the page is empty / outdated / deprecated / in any way broken or irrelevant, move it to "Migration archive" book ( https://www.drupal.org/migration-archive → ) via Book Outline UI. These pages will not be migrated into the new system and will eventually be deleted.
• If the page is up-to-date, relevant, and is about Drupal 7 or 8, then it should be migrated in the new system. Just keep it in its current place for now.

2. Once #1 is done, all remaining pages in the book will be the ones we actually need to migrate. At this point we need to sort pages into the groups/buckets that make sense and decide where to move each group. A list of those groups/buckets can be added to the issue summary.
