Add entity Label views field

I started a MR with the latest patch as base. I also removed the custom views plugin, since core has an entity label views field plugin we can use here. This very much simplifies the MR. Probably still needs tests though.

Okay, never mind, apparently we can't use the core entity label views field plugin. See #2080745: EntityLabel Views field Plugin is basically useless - allow to use the EntityLabel field plugin for displaying the entity label of current listing → . I'll update the MR.

I added a link_to_entity option as the core field plugin has and I added tests, one for the basic field and one for the field with the link_to_entity option enabled.
